Rajbagh Talao: This is the second biggest lake and most picturesque one in the park. The edge of the lake has lots of water plants that serve as food for many animals like Sāmbhar deer. Many times people get to see egrets and other birds riding on the Sāmbhar deer while they are feeding.

Malik Talao: Malik Talao is a small lake yet attracts large species of birds. This is the best place in the park to get glimpses of Kingfishers, egrets, herons, ibis, storks and cranes. The marshy crocodiles also reside in this lake.

Ranthambore Fort: This is old fort that stands on top a hill. All transport plies only to the foot of the hill and rest of the path has to be trekked. But the route to the hilltop is very scenic so the visitors wouldn’t feel the walk at all. A good pair of binoculars would help to catch the breathtaking views of the park, water bodies, animals and the birds hovering from the fort.

Raj Bagh Ruins: Raj Bagh ruins consist of broken down arches, palace outhouses, domes and steps but its good reminder of the yester years. Ranthambore was a hunting ground of the royals of Rajasthan and the Raj Bagh may have been the resting place. This ruins lies between the Padam Talao and Raj Bagh Taleo.
