Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Highland Manor where guests can enjoy a champagne toast as the perfect start to an elegant three-course dinner. For course one, select from your choice of one starter such as Highland crab cake, Porcini mushroom soup and grass fed beef carpaccio. For your main course, enjoy a choice of either Dover sole stuffed with rock shrimp, grilled filet of beef with wild mushrooms, boiled porch chop with mashed sweet potato, prime rib and stuffed artichokes with seasonal vegetables. For dessert select from egg nog panna cotta, warm chocolate tart and apple cranberry crumble with maple ice cream. Live music adds ambiance for an unforgettable evening.

Enjoy a New Year’s Eve Celebration like no other at Highland Manor featuring an extensive holiday buffet, live music and dancing in Highland Manor’s Grand Ballroom, live showing of the NY Times Square Ball Drop toasted with champagne and all of the right party makers to ring in the new year in style. The special New Year’s Eve buffet includes Chef John Mooney’s favorites such as the Highland raw bar, carved prime rib, baked shrimp d’john, gin and tonic salmon, roasted pork loin with corn bread stuffing, thyme roasted pistachio chicken and sides from maple glazed sweet potatoes to baked mac and cheese. Top off the evening with apple cranberry cobbler, eggnog crème caramel, warm chocolate tart and a dark chocolate fountain.
