Veterans Day at the Castillo De San Marcos

Be part of St. Johns County’s largest-ever Veterans Day celebration at the Castillo de San Marcos. The event begins at 11 a.m. with a “Massing of the Colors” followed by a speech by Lt. Col. (ret.) Steven Murray of the Florida Department of Veterans’ Affairs. There will be equipment displays and exhibitions from 9:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. as well as living history presentations featuring American soldiers from the Revolutionary War through Desert Storm.. The Castillo de San Marcos is located on Avenida Menendez on St. Augustine’s bayfront.
