Spring arrives early at Walt Disney World Resort when the 18th Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival opens March 2 with new Disney character topiaries, sweeping beds of floral color, am expanded Bambi's Butterfly House and weekend Flower Power concerts performed by pop hit makers. The festival, which also features seminars by celebrity and Disney gardeners, continues through May 15.
