Busch Gardens Lights up the Sky for Fourth of July

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is the best place to celebrate the Fourth of July weekend! On July 2, 3 and 4th Busch Gardens will illuminate the sky with a massive fireworks display at 9:30 p.m. The fireworks show will be visible from all over the park, but the best seats in the house are in Gwazi Park.

The fireworks will be set off following the award-winning Kinetix show: an energizing 30-minute non-stop performance that includes live musicians, singers, dancer and artist from around the world. Their thrilling performance – along with modern music and fire effects – will pump up the crowd every night in Gwazi Park at 9 p.m.

Magician Christopher Cool performs “Cool Allusions” street magic every Tuesday through Sunday during Summer Nights and will be making a special appearance on July 4. Stop by the Moroccan Village to check out what tricks Christopher Cool is up too.

Park hours for Summer Nights are extended until 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and ‘til 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Stay late to enjoy special entertainment such Kinetix and high-energy DJs, and ride all of Busch Gardens’ exciting attractions. And new this year, guests will have the chance to be launched through the dark of the Serengeti Plain on Busch Gardens’ newest roller coaster, Cheetah Hunt.

And right across the street, Adventure Island is open until 9 p.m. all summer long, with special entertainment and a taste of the islands every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night with Island Nights, now through August 13.

Fantasy of Flight Celebrating its 15th anniversary

Fantasy of Flight, Central Florida's Premier Aviation Attraction, salutes its Florida fans this summer with an affordable staycation adventure with a Buy One/Get One Free offer on adult and children's general admission.

Ranthambore National Park

This National Park is situated in Eastern parts of Rajasthan and is surrounded by Aravali hills. This park used to be hunting area of Maharajas in Jaipur. Corbett National Park

This beautiful park is situated in Himalayan foothills. Corbett national park is popular for wild Tigers, Elephants and Leopards. This area is blessed with natural flora and fauna. This was the first park in India to come under project Tiger and appropriate vegetation makes it a perfect destination for Tiger. Corbett national Park was formed in 1936 and was named Hailey National park. Later on it was named after Jim Corbett who had great contribution in establishment of the park. Project Tiger was started in the year 1973 here and used to be the only Tiger reserve of India.

Sundarbans National Park

The marshy delta of two famous rivers, Ganges and Brahmaputra extends to form vast Mangrove forest. Sundarbans National Park is situated in these mangrove forests. The name Sundarbans was basically originated from Sundari trees that were present in large numbers here. Mesmerizing flora, fauna and various forms of life awaits you in Sundarbans. This park is famous for its Tiger reserve. The great Royal Bengal Tiger lives here and is a major tourist attraction. Every year many visitors from across the world come to meet this rarest of rare species.

A Land Remembered in Rosen Shingle Creek

Summertime is cause for celebration, and the award-winning Rosen Shingle Creek is helping patrons celebrate good times throughout the summer with its first-ever "Rosen Shingle Creek Summer Spirits Series." The second in the three-part dining series, "Craft Beer and Gourmet Burgers" takes place Saturday, July 9 at 7:00 p.m. at the hotel's classic steakhouse, A Land Remembered, and features five courses of burgers grilled to perfection and accompanied by a variety of craft beers.

The series concludes on Saturday, Aug. 13 with "Andiamo Italia" at Cala Bella Italian bistro, featuring six courses of Italian cuisines and wines. Each Summer Spirits event is $55 plus tax and gratuity per person. Guest rooms are available at a discounted rate of $99 plus tax on the night of each dinner only for event guests, based on availability. The "Craft Beer and Gourmet Burgers" night begins with a Black Angus Classic Burger topped with Vermont White Cheddar, Vidalia Onions, Slab Bacon and House Ketchup on a Classic Kaiser Roll. The second course offers a more exotic choice ̶ the Peppercorn Crusted Bison Burger, prepared with Smoky Rogue Blue Cheese, Truffle Fried Onions and Dijoinnaise on a Ciabatta Roll. Next is a sweet and spicy combination ̶ Barbeque Angus Short Rib Sliders topped with Fried Jalapenos, Sweet Summer Slaw and Queso Fresca served on a Mini Broiche. But that's not all. The fourth burger course consists of an All Natural Herbed Turkey Burger generously layered with Avocado, Heirloom Tomato, Baby Arugula and Lavender Honey Mustard on a Five Grain Roll. The grill-fest concludes with a Flat Seared Portabella Burger topped with Goat Cheese, Sun Dried Tomato Hummus and Organic Romaine served on Tandoori Flatbread.

Of course, what would gourmet burgers be without gourmet fries? Guests may choose from the following side item to complement their five course feast: Shoe String Fries, Sweet Potato Sticks, Seasoned Wedges or House Made Truffled Potato Chips. Each burger course will be accompanied by a different style of craft brew, including Rosen Hotels & Resorts' own home-brew, Alligator Drool.

On Saturday, Aug. 13, the Summer Spirits Series concludes with "Andiamo Italia" meaning "Let's go to Italy!" at Cala Bella Italian bistro. The six-course Italian meal will be paired with six premium Italian wines.

Rosen Shingle Creek is noted by locals, visitors and those in the meetings industry for its award-winning cuisine. The four-year-old hotel recently earned its second prestigious Gold Platter award from the readers of Meetings & Conventions (M&C) magazine for its all-around excellence in food and beverage. It was one of only 23 hotels in the United States, Puerto Rico and Bahamas to earn the coveted Gold Platter award this year.
