Thanksgiving at Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Enjoy a nightly opportunity to experience nearly 30 ala carte chocolate treats from Waldorf Astoria’s dynamic display of decadence. Peacock Alley is transformed into a chocolate boudoir, offering an evening of self-indulgence. Guests can choose from a signature selection of chocolate treats from the hotel’s talented executive pastry chef Kurtis Baguely, using recipes from around the globe. Highlights include handmade chocolate truffles, exotic chocolate cakes, rich Hanukkah gelt, pillows of chocolate mousse, and bowls of beautiful bon-bons.

Thanksgiving Dinner at Bull & Bear
Thursday Nov. 24, 6-10pm
Enjoy a four-course holiday meal:
• The First Course will feature Musqee de Provence Pumpkin Bisque, with seared Hudson Valley foie gras, compressed pumpkin, pomegranate, and gingerbread streusel.
• The Second Course will feature a Not So Traditional Waldorf Salad, with poached Granny Smith apples, walnut dust, lovage, black truffle, and yogurt dressing.
• For the Third Course, diners will choose from:
o Rosemary- and Citrus-Roasted Bourbon Red Turkey with poussin jus, and cranberry gelée.
o Herb Crusted Prime Rib with natural au jus, and truffle horseradish cream.
o Pan Roasted Dover Sole, with crisped caper and lemon butter sauce.
o Entrees will be served with family-style sides:
  • Sage and apple brioche stuffing
  • Sweet potato gratin
  • Haricot vert casserole
  • Creamed corn
• The evening’s Fourth Course – dessert! — will feature a Cinderella pumpkin crème brulee flambé.
• In addition, the standard award-winning Bull & Bear ala carte menu will be available.

The four-course Thanksgiving Day meal is $95 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. The meal with wine pairings for each course is $125 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Thanksgiving Family Dinner Buffet at Oscar’s
Thursday Nov. 24, 6-10pm
This Thanksgiving feast includes hand-carved roasted organic turkey, Virginia baked ham, stuffing and other traditional holiday fare. Guests can also delight in new Waldorf Astoria traditions with specialty items including peel and eat shrimp, carved prime rib, Waldorf salad and our chef’s choice of homemade desserts. “Harvest Classic” Golf
Thanksgiving morning, Thursday Nov. 24, 9am
Play a round of golf before the big meal! This Waldorf Astoria Orlando tradition continues for a second year! Harvest Classic features a 9am shotgun start at Waldorf Astoria Golf Club. $95 per person ($50 for 9 holes) includes complimentary rental clubs. Children 15 and under $25.
