Dubai News: Over six million travellers passed through Dubai International Airport during the first quarter of 2011 registering an increase of 197,416 Departures and Arrivals compared to the same period in 2010.
Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director of the Department of Naturalisation and Residency in Dubai (DNRD) said that increase in the number of travellers testify the special place UAE retains in all fields under the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
