Orlando Celebrates 4th of July with Fireworks at the Fountain

Orlando’s Lake Eola Park is the location of the annual Fireworks at the Fountain 4th of July festival and fireworks display. The event begins is at 4:00 – 10:00 p.m. with a fireworks display over Lake Eola beginning around 9:30 p.m.

Before the fireworks display begins, there will be plenty of opportunities for visitors to enjoy food and drinks from vendor booths, as well as participate in games and other family activities. Lake Eola Park also has a sizable playground area for kids of all ages.

After the fireworks have ended, the surrounding neighborhood is alive with late night revelers enjoying a drink or two in the local restaurants and bars. Favorites include the upscale Hue Restaurant and the more casual Casey’s on Central. Pedicabs are available to take visitors around the neighborhood so they can enjoy a bit of the local nightlife during one of the most festive nights of the year.
