Busy executives and families in the Orlando area can now enjoy a customized in-home personal chef service. Owned and operated by MetroWest resident Doug Janousek, Home Cookin’ offers fresh, home-cooked meals in the privacy of one’s home. Janousek meets with clients, then plans meals customized for their needs, ranging from daily to weekly service, as well as intimate dinner parties and special events. For the most part, preparation and cooking is done in clients’ kitchens. Janousek is a recent Le Cordon Bleu summa cum laude graduate of Orlando Culinary Academy and a member of the Central Florida chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
