Celebrate the first anniversary of the Guana-Tolomato- Matanzas Environmental Education Center during National Estuaries Day. Located on the Guana Dam, the GTM Center provides hands-on educational experiences and exhibits about the northeast Florida estuaries. The National Estuary Day and GTM Anniversary Celebration activities include scavenger hunts, touch tanks, nature crafts, children’s story-time, games, nature walks, nature movies, and much more. The Celebration takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $2 for adults and $1 for children 10 and over.
