Jim Corbett National Park Is Going To Introduced With A New Entry Gate “Kotdwar”

The latest census shows the growth of tiger population in India from 1411 to 1706. Now the Uttrakhand Government decided to open a new entry gate in Jim Corbett National Park “Kotdwar Gate”. Government intends to open this entry gate from 15th of November this year.

The work already started to open the gate the estimated cost of this work is Rs.1.40 crore. Nevertheless there are four entry gate of tourist this time named Dhangari Gate which is open from 15th of November to 15th of June, Bijrani Gate which is open from 15th of October to 30th of June, Durga Devi Gate which is open from 15th of November to 15th of June and the last is Jhirna Gate which is open throughout the year. The wildlife beauty of the national park makes so demanding. Tourist throughout the year comes to visit this UNISCO world heritage wildlife destination. And definitely the new entry gate “Kotdwar” marks little more easy to visit Corbett national park.
