In honor of National Cheese Lover’s Day, Everglades Resturant takes classic wine and cheese pairings to a new level, as a five-course menu is prepared to showcase a variety of distinct, flavorful chesses accompanied by wine selections designed to compliment each dish.The menu includes:

• Baked St. Andrews Triple Cream Brie en Crout served with Mixed Greens, Sliced Apples & Raspberry Sauce
• Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Ravioli topped with Long Island Duck Breast served with Sage and Hazelnut Brown Butter Sauce
• Maytag Blue Cheese Crusted Filet of Beef served with Guinness Stout Sauce
• Dessert of Frangelico Cheesecake
• Select cheese courses feature an aromatic Morbier accompanied with Pickled Baby
