When was Disney World Built

Walt Disney World was officially opened on October 1, 1971 however it was not officially dedicated until October 25. NBC broadcast the dedication on October 29. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts are where families experience and enjoy the magic of Disney's beloved characters and where dreams come true.
