It's Magic

Walt Disney World President Meg Crofton drums up support among Magic Kingdom guests June 3, 2009 for local-favorite Orlando Magic advancing to the NBA Finals. Joined by a host of Disney characters and Magic-clad Disney cast members in the theme park, Crofton handed out Orlando Magic hats, t-shirts, balloons and basketballs to park-goers in what turned into an impromptu pep rally for the Magic in the Magic Kingdom. Crofton and Disneyland Resort President Ed Grier are squaring off – all in fun – as their local teams, the Orlando Magic and the Los Angeles Lakers, go head-to-head for the NBA Championship. If the Magic win, Grier will walk down Main Street, U.S.A., at Disneyland park wearing a pair of specially made Mickey Mouse ears in Magic team colors. If the Lakers win, Crofton will don a pair of Lakers' purple and gold mouse ears and walk down Main Street U.S.A. at Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom.
