Pilar town in Camotes Island named 2008 child-friendly city or municipality
Cebu City (17 October) -- For instituting child-friendly programs and policies, Cebu City and the Municipality of Pilar in Camotes Island, Cebu have been awarded this year under different categories for the 2008 Presidential Search for Child-Friendly Cities and Municipalities in Central Visayas. Both local government units (LGUs) will be awarded in a formal ceremony sometime next month, according
