Jumeirah Lake Towers is a new address in Dubai situated adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, between Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Islands, Emirates and Montgomerie Golf Clubs, and several luxurious beach resorts.
Nakheel is planning to build six new Golf courses in the area surrounding JLT, which makes it a paradise for golfers during the winter season. Also, JLT will be nearby the new Gold and Diamond Centre.
It’s a community surrounded by three crystal blue lakes, landscaped gardens, bicycle tracks, shops, and every convenience needed for daily life. This project will comprise 26 clusters & 78 towers. These towers will be clustered in groups of three. The towers are to be used for residential, commercial, hotel and retail purposes. The whole community is nearly sold out, but we still have good opportunities to offer you on resale and at low premium.
