Emeril’s Tchoup Chop Now Open For Sunday Brunch

Kick up your weekend at Emeril’s Tchoup Chop with a new three-course Sunday Brunch menu served from 10:30 am - 2:00 pm beginning October 3.

Tchoup Chop’s chef de cuisine Greg Richie sources the best local ingredients from Florida’s coast and regional growers for the new three-course Sunday Brunch menu. The prix-fixe menu offers a choice of sunrise starters, soups or salads, and entrées – with the menu’s price determined by the guest’s entrée selection ($22 – 28).

To begin, one may choose Crispy “Quiche” Eggrolls with smoked bacon, egg and cheddar, House Made Granola and Vanilla Yogurt, or Wasabi Cured Gravlox.

Guests then select from one of Tchoup Chop’s signature soups and salads – Tchoup Chop Salad, Miso Soup or Roasted Kabocha Squash Bisque.

For the main course, brunch dishes include Brioche French Toast with fresh berries and passion fruit coulis, an Asian twist on Eggs Benedict made with fried rice cakes and Sriracha hollandaise, plus a Hawaiian island favorite “Loko Moko” – grilled house made meatloaf on Spam fried rice topped with a fried egg.

Also on the menu, Crispy Crab Cake Sandwich with Asian spiced aioli and Emeril’s Red Marble Petite Filet Mignon with wild mushroom pan gravy, and Pan Seared Salmon in a Thai spiced noodle bowl.

Tchoup Chop serves a special meal for children 12 and under – the Keiki Brunch Box ($13) – which includes three fun-to-eat selections – fresh fruit and berries with whipped cream, a crispy breakfast eggroll and French toast with maple syrup.

Tchoup Chop’s main bar and outdoor tiki bar serves up hand crafted sunrise cocktails including Mai Tais ($4), Mimosas ($4), Bloody Marys ($4) or the perfect wine from among more than 40 seasonal selections available by the glass from the award winning wine list.

“Whether you’re looking for a relaxing weekend meal or a traveler in need of fuel for the rest of the day, we’ve created a Sunday brunch that can be tailored to everyone’s taste and budget,” said Jeff Wakem, general manager, Emeril’s Tchoup Chop. “To complete your escape, we feature live island music, a gorgeous outdoor dining area and handmade tropical cocktails.”
