Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival 2010

One of Disney World’s most popular annual events, The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival 2010 will be in full bloom March 3 – May 16, 2010, featuring specialty gardens, kids’ areas, a Florida farmer’s market and concerts from some of the top pop artists of the 1960s and 1970s.

Epcot admission is required to attend the International Flower & Garden Festival events. This year’s highlights include a Garden Town exhibit with presentations from nationally recognized gardeners; several merchandise locations for home gardeners, the Fresh from Florida farmer’s market, an English Tea Garden, Fragrance Garden, and kids areas such as the Pixie Hollow Fairy Garden, Bee Scavenger Hunt, Princess Tiana’s Wedding Bayou, and Let’s Get Moving play areas.

The Flower & Garden Festival concerts are a big draw, and this year’s lineup features some returning favorites. The 2010 concerts are at 5:15, 6:30, and 7:45 p.m. The artists scheduled to appear are as follows:

March 5 – 7: Jose Feliciano
March 12 – 14: Paul Revere & the Raiders
March 19 – 21: David Cassidy
March 26 – 28: Starship starring Mickey Thomas
April 2 – 4: Tony Orlando
April 9 – 11: Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone
April 16 – 18: Ricky Nelson remembered featuring The Nelsons
April 23 – 25: Atlanta Rhythm Section’
April 30, May 1 & 2: Fran Cosmo (former singer of Boston)
May 7 – 9: Davy Jones
May 14 – 16: Chubby Checker & the Wildcats
