Orlando Resorts: Culinary Events at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress

As one of the premier Orlando resorts, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress has a well-earned reputation for fine cuisine. This month, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress kicks off two culinary events that will appeal to Orlando visitors and residents who appreciate the finer things in life.

Every Sunday from September 21 through December 28, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress will host the Champagne Brunch at La Coquina from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The brunch features new menu selections such as citrus-crusted sea bass with yellow tomato emulsion, lavender honey glazed lamb rack and buffalo tenderloin with crabmeat cheesecake. The La Coquina kitchen will be transformed to showcase a buffet of delicacies, cheeses from around the world, fresh fruits, salads and much more. The cost is $63.95 per adult, plus tax and gratuity.

If you’ve ever wondered how this Orlando resort puts together a seven course gourmet meal, be sure to reserve a seat at the Chef’s Table at La Coquina at Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, which will be held on Saturday evenings from September 27 through December 27 with seatings from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. The Hyatt chefs will demonstrate how they prepare their sumptuous meals as part of the overall dining experience. The cost is $98 per person or $138 per person with wine pairing, plus tax and gratuity.
